Tour Louise: Complete Office Building Modelling

An office building constructed in 1965, Tour Louise stands approximately 90 m tall, comprising a ground floor with mezzanine, 23 office floors and a technical floor. Its plan is an oblong hexagon, listed on the Architectural Heritage Inventory of the Brussels Region.

From 2020 onwards, a complete restoration of the technical systems, facade and asbestos removal was undertaken. The facility management model was produced in two phases: architectural modelling of the existing building, then technical systems modelling for maintenance management.
