We only collect data you voluntarily provide: name, email address, phone number (via contact form), Autodesk User ID (for BIMida license generation), and payment data (processed by Stripe — we do not store any card numbers).

Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to: respond to your contact requests, generate and manage your BIMida licenses, issue invoices, and send you license-related notifications (expiration, renewal).

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 3 years after the last contact, in accordance with Luxembourg legal obligations.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@bimconsult.lu.
