Neobuild Innovation Center

Faced with the growing number of participants in programmes offered by the Institut de Formation Sectoriel du Bâtiment (IFSB), a project to build a 600 m² steel-frame hall was launched, adjoining the existing hall.

BIMConsult supported the IFSB and Neobuild in implementing the BIM protocol, creating collaborative processes, BIM monitoring and 3D model coordination. The building is a state-of-the-art sustainable infrastructure, entirely oriented towards High Environmental Performance, now serving as a pedagogical tool for IFSB training programmes.
