The MOBILIS project is a building in which one section is dedicated to automobile exhibitions from various dealerships and the other will be leased for other uses. BIMConsult serves as BIM Manager and supports the Client on Owner's Representative (AMO) missions.

This highly innovative garage 2.0 project will house an industrial space for car and utility vehicle sales and after-sales service, as well as numerous other retail units. The programme integrates occupant well-being and optimised operational profitability. The accessible rooftop will feature attractive amenities (food & beverage, urban agriculture).
