Retail Unit Modelling and Rendering

Creation of a 3D model of an existing ground-floor retail unit, based on a site visit and archive PDF drawings. The modelling focused on realistic finishes and materials.

Particular attention was paid to the micro-perforated metal ceilings and shopfronts. Luminaires and ventilation grilles were custom-modelled. Four skylights (Skydomes) provide significant natural lighting.
