Inowai VEGA: Office Building Modelling

For building maintenance and lease management purposes, the facility management model was produced from an IFC Execution model and as-built drawings. The building comprises a ground floor and 3 upper levels, underground parking and technical rooms.

A simplification of the model objects was carried out to produce a lighter IFC export: from 1,431 MB (as-built) to 522 MB (optimised facility management). The optimisation was necessary to limit file size and facilitate integration into a maintenance platform.
