Modelling of a 31-Room Hotel in Bazoches

Located near the Jean Monnet House-Museum in Bazoches, this three-storey hotel extension was modelled from AutoCAD drawings. The BIM model covers architecture, electrical and plumbing disciplines.

The building features standing seam metal cladding on the facade with a trapezoidal roof. Each of the three floors has a unique interior layout across the 31 rooms.
