Mondercange After-School Care Centre

The project involved the construction of an after-school care centre for 300 children, annexes, a sports hall, outdoor facilities and a production kitchen for 800 meals.

BIMConsult took on the AMO and BIM Manager roles: model checking, training, definition of use cases (Design Review, 4D, 5D), and collaborative platform management. The design was produced and reviewed based on digital models. The models were used for preparing tender bills of quantities, coordinating studies and are included in the as-built documentation. The building is designed to passive house standards.
