New EIB Headquarters

The new building is designed to be functional and welcoming, with a sustainable and energy-efficient design. Once completed, the project is expected to achieve nearly zero-energy building status and Class A low-energy rating, as well as a BREEAM Excellent score.

BIMConsult supports the EIB in the BIM management of the project, covering model checking, BIM document review, team training on BIM tools, and the implementation of use cases: Design Review, 4D, 5D. The new headquarters will include 1,500 workstations, a conference area, sports facilities, retail spaces and parking levels.
