BASEP Mixed-Use Project

The BASEP project involves the construction of a primarily high-end office building with partial preservation and integration of existing industrial-style facades dating from 1935, listed in the Development Plan. It also includes a building intended for retail, restaurant and residential use.

BIMConsult supports the Client, PAMSA, on Owner's Representative (AMO) missions and serves as BIM Manager. The project targets at minimum a BREEAM "Excellent" certification and a "Gold" level under the WELL BUILDING STANDARD framework.
