AG Insurance: Interior Architecture and Plumbing Modelling

For the renovation of these premises, AG Insurance chose BIM for the execution of works at its headquarters. The building comprises a ground floor and 7 upper levels, underground parking and technical rooms in the basement and on the roof. The renovation covers all 8 above-ground floors.

Starting from the building model produced by a surveyor, our mission involved modelling the interior fit-out including custom furniture, kitchenettes, office and decorative lighting, floor finishes, and interior artistic decoration. The plumbing scope was also addressed, covering water supply and drainage in the kitchenettes on each floor.

Weekly MEP and ARCH coordination via the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) cloud module during the execution phase was also carried out by our team. The as-built model was delivered in January 2025.
